T: Good afternoon class.
1、T: What day is it today? S: It’s Wednesday.
T: What’s the weather like today? Is it cold? S: No, it’s hot.
T: I think it’s sunny and hot. Let’s enjoy a song.
The Ss and T enjoy a song On a sunny day.
Step 2 Know more about the T.
The T show some pictures to the Ss.
The Ss use “You like …”
Step 3 Birthday Party.
1、Make a call.
The T show a date (16th of June)
T: My birthday is coming soon.(Teach) I want to invite some friends to come to the party.
⑴: Know my friends.(Mike)
⑵: Discuss how to make a call.
⑶: Make a call to Mike. (Teach: I’d love to.)
⑷: Invite your friends to the party.(The Ss make a call in groups.)
2、Before the party. (Prepare for the party.)
⑴: The T talk about the T’s clothes for the party.
⑵: The Ss talk about their clothes for the party.
3、At the party.
⑴: Party Song: Happy Birthday.
