Unit  2  In the circus

First period   Let’t talk  Let’s learn

一、主要新授内容(new contents)

Let’s learn-horse,bear,elephant,tiger,monkey,panda和第8页的Let’s talk.

       二、学习目标(Objectives)

1学会用正确的语音语调说出马戏团里的动物horse, bear, elephantpanda,monkey,tiger学会用Look at the …与新授单词结合,表达看到马戏团里的动物,并用It’s …来描述这些动物,运用连词and尝试进行更详细地描述。同时能与旧句型整合对特征、能力等其他方面进行描述。

2通过说说谜语,互相猜猜,画画动物等多种形式,来介绍自己的动物好朋友,在同学中间交流分享

三、课前准备:

磁带、课件、单词卡片、动物头饰

四、教学建议:

Step 1  Review

1OK,class, first,let’s say a rhyme:边说边表演.one ,two,red and blue.Up and down,orange and brown.Kites in the sky,flying very high.

Class ,let’s meet some old friends. Let’s watch TV.

2Look at the apple. It’s red and big/small.( 屏幕出示)

3Look at the cat. It’s lovely.(可爱的)

4Look at he dog. It can play yo-yo. It’s bright.(出示屏幕)

5Look at spotty. It’s black and white.

Today let’s go to the circus by bus. Are you happy? But on the road,pay attentation to the taffic light.

3、出示交通红绿灯,让学生练说:Look at the light. It’s red,/yellow/green. Go/wait/stop!(分别出示不同颜色的灯,让学生练习说本课需要运用到句型)

4Now ,we are in the circus.(出示马戏团的图片). We will meet many new animals. (整体出示所有的动物单词)

 

Step 2   Presentaton

1、              出示horse的声音。

(1) What do you hear?I hear a (听录音horse)

(2) 出示horse 的图片画面和单词卡片,引导朗读发音。

(3) 出示两匹不同颜色的马,让学生练习说:Look at the horse.It’s brown and big./It’s small and white.

2、              (听马跑走的声音)Horse runs away. Now please listen careful who is coming?(听大象的声音)

(1)  What do you hear? I hear  an (elephant)(放录音)

(2)  出示elephant的图片和单词卡片,引导朗读发音。

(3)  出示一群大象,提问:Look at the elephant.It’s big.

3、              Well,the elephant family run away. Who will come to the circus

(tiger的声音)

(1)  What do you hear? I hear  a  tiger.(放录音)

(2)  出示tiger的图片画面和单词卡片,学习朗读。

(3)  Look at the tiger .It’s  black  and yellow.

(4)  Just now, we met  three animal  friends. Let’s say hello to them.

Who can come here and act these animals.(准备动物头饰)Let’s say goodbye to them.

4 let’s say a chant. Where is horse/elephant/tiger? Where is horse/elephant/tiger?Here I am. Here I am. How are you today? Very well,thank you.Run away,run away.Now horse ,elephant and tiger run away. We will continue to meet the others animal friends. (出示bear)看熊的图片

(1)  What do you see? I see a bear.(放录音)

(2)  出示bear的单词卡片,用单词拼读法:bird-pear-bear学习bear的发音。

(3)  出示不同的熊,向学生介绍,让学生练习说:look at the bear.It’s big and brown./It’s lovely and brown.

4、              The bear  runs away. Next animal please guess .It likes to eat bananas. It is small and bright. What is it?(学生猜谜语)。看猴子的照片。

(1) What do you see ? I see a monkey.(放录音)

(2) 出示monkey  的单词卡片,学习monkey的发音。

(3) 观看猴子的照片,让学生练习说: Look at the monkey. It’s bright and lovely.

5、              Monkey  runs away. Now please guess ,Who will come to our class

(1) It  likes to eat the banboos(出示竹子).It is black and white. It walks slowly . What is it?(学生猜)It is a panda.(放录音)

(2) 出示panda的图片画面和单词卡片,学习panda.

(3) 提问学生:look at the panda. It’s black and white.

6、              Say a chant.

Look at the bear,it’s big and brown. Look at the monkey, it’s little and  brown. Look at the panda. It’s black and white. Run away ,run away.

 

Step 3 Considation

1、              Match and say.

Look at the picture. They are our new friends. What do they like to eat? Let’s  match and say.

Show some pictures of food and match with the animals.(出示食物提问:What does the like to eat? The likes to eat the…。

2sing a song.
