学会倾听,一个赞许的眼神、点头和微笑,发自老师的内心,出于真诚和赏识,才能以心换心,让孩子也学会倾听,不随意打断别人,从他人的发言中寻求有价值的东西,然后再发言,彼此能真心交流。这样才能真正建立灵动的课堂。
