一.教学目标

1.能正确听、说、读、写单词和词组plan, play, have school.

2.能正确听、说、读词组see a Beijing opera, by the way, play at the concert

3. 能正确听、说、读 、写句型What are you going to do…? I’m going to…

4..能正确听、说、读日常交际用语和句型I’d love to. Is that Gao Shan? Yes, speaking.  Is…going to do…?

二.教学重点

1.能正确听、说、读、写单词和词组plan, play, have school.

2.能正确听、说、读 、写句型What are you going to do…? I’m going to…

三.教学难点

能正确听、说、读 、写句型What are you going to do…? I’m going to…并能灵活运用。

四.课前准备

1.多媒体课件

2.预先板书课题Unit6 Planning for the weekends.

五.教学过程

Step1: Warm up

T:Are we going to start our lesson?

T: Class begins. Good morning, class.

Ss: Good morning, Miss Chen.

T: What day is it today?

S1: It’s …

Step 2 Lead in and presentation

1.T:From Monday to Sunday ,Which day do you like best? Why?

S: I like …best. Because I don’t go to school

(lead out:go to school=have school,read twice)

2. 学习词组:have school

T: Do you have school every day?

S: No, we have school from Monday to Friday.

T: That means we don’t have school on?

(lead out: Saturday and Sunday=weekend )

T: Saturday and Sunday are weekend. We don’t have school.(出示) By the way,,what do you usually do at the weekend?

S: I usually do my homework at the weekend.

Ss practice: I usually…

T:I think you have a lot of interesting things to do at the weekend.

What are you going to do this weekend? Let’s talk about the plan for the weekend.

BD(板书):Unit 6 planning for the weekend

Teach: plan  : play+ lantern (pronunciation)

             Means the thing we are going to do in the furture.

             Practice two meanings

First ,let me talk about my plan for this weekend .On Saturday ,I am going to fly the kite .By the way ,my son will go with me (学习join me)

On Sunday ,I’m going to go shopping .would you like to join me?

S:Yes ,I ’d like to .(学习:Yes ,I’d love to )

3.Let’s talk about your plans for this weekend.(出示图片,并操练)

句型:What are you going to do…? I’m going to…Would you like to join me?

Yes,I’d love to ./Sorry .I must …

4.学习引言部分

TOK,just now we talked about our plans , do you want to know how does David spend this weekend ? What is he going to do this weekend? Let’s have a look.

教师出示DavidGao Shan打电话的图片, 图上可有日历显示是周六, 并显示天气暖和, 阳光灿烂.

    学生看图自由描述和交流. (watch and answer)

When is it now? What’s the weather like today?

    听录音回答问题:(listen and tick)

Who is David calling? What are they talking?

重新组合成前言,标注好升降调,带着学生朗读。

5. T: What are Gao Shan and David’s plans?What are they going to do this weekend? Let’s watch the cartoon.

① Watch ,listen and choose.What is Gao Shan going to do ?What about David?

看动画,(2分钟)

    学习see a Beijing Opera

What else opera do you know?What opera is there in our countryside? Look ,this is a kind of famous opera.That’s Kun Opera.

④学习see a concert中的concert ,并欣赏play the violin.

6.Read and complete the planning card.

(2人一组,阅读课文,填写周六计划)

7.默读课文P47,指导阅读方法,找出问题答案并划出,逐个回答。

8.读课文,跟读1遍。

Nowwe know how do Gao Shan and David spend their weekend. According to the text ,let’s summary the whole dialogue.

Step3: Consolidation

1. T: Boys and girls, do you like weekends? I like weekends very much. I want to take photos in Hong Mei Park. Where are you going this weekend? Look at the picture  and make a dialogue.

同桌讨论,以打电话形式了解好友的出行情况并邀请同学出去游玩。全班表演。

2. T: We know Summer Holiday is coming. We all like having a long holiday.Questions:

① What do you usually do on Summer Holidays?

② What are you going to do this Sunday?

3. Sing a song : Will you join me?

Step4: Homework

1. Listen to the tape and read the text three times.

2. Go on to prepare the topic“ What are you going to do this Summer Holiday?” and discuss in groups.

 

Step5: 结束语

 T: Wish you have a nice weekend. Good bye, boys and girls.
