厚余小学2019~2020学年第二学期数学教研工作计划

一、指导思想

本学期小学数学教研工作将以科室工作为指导,围绕深化课程改革、提高教学质量、促进教师发展”这一工作目标,着力于疫情防控背景下,进一步夯实教学常规,强化课程建设,加强教学研究,有效提升教师的课程和教学实施能力,努力促进厚余小学数学教师的专业发展,促进教学质量的提升。

二、工作思路

一、丰富学习内容,提升学科教学素养。

1.聚焦学科核心素养。基于学生发展核心素养的课程改革是教育发展的必然趋势,把握学科核心素养和关键能力是对每位教师的必然要求。《江苏省义务教育学科核心素养与关键能力框架》对数学核心素养和关键能力作了分解,并提出了相应的目标要求。数学教师要依据这一框架,围绕知识技能、数学理解、运用规则、问题解决等方面深入内化,并在教学中认真落实。

2.组织期初教材分析。读懂教材,是教师必备的基本功,也是提高课堂教学效率的前提。由于受肺炎疫情的影响,本学期教材分析是在线上开展。教材分析继续关注五个方面:教材专业化解读、学生学习困难分析、典型习题分析、经典案例分享和学生数学活动组织。促使每位教师能专业地读懂教材、理解教材,创新地使用教材,切实提高课堂教学的实效性

二、规范教学管理,落实课程实施要求。

1.加强教研组和备课组建设。学校要以落实学科教学建议为抓手,切实规范教学常规,尤其要重视备课环节,提高集体备课的实效性,要关注课堂常规,重视常态课的教学质量。区教师发展中心将通过多种平台,积极推广先进教研组的经验;通过常规调研中对教研组的解剖、学科基地示范等多种措施,引导学校加强教研组建设,让教研组成为促进教师发展和提升教学质量的有力支撑。

2.做好质量监测分析工作。本学期,市教科院将继续围绕运算能力开展学科关键能力常规抽测。试题内容分80的运算能力试题和20的综合试题(包括图形与几何、统计、问题解决等)两大类。因此,我校数学教师要正确把握《数学课程标准(2011版)》的基本要求,充分发挥学业质量监测的导向功能,认真分析以往学业质量监测的评分标准,并对监测中暴露出的薄弱环节和内容进行研究与改进从而不断优化课堂教学,提高教学质量。

三、基于问题研究,增强课程实施能力。

开展专题研讨。本学期,市教科院“小学数学教材中若干‘小专题’内容的教学研究”为研讨主题。主题包括:(1)苏教版教材中“动手做”内容的编排特点分析与教学策略;(2)“动手做”教学的实施现状问题分析及教学改进;(3)不同版本教材“实践活动”的编排特点分析;(4)“你知道吗”教学内容的文化背景及教学;(5)苏教版教材中“思考题”内容特点及教学建议。我校可围绕主题进行深入思考,形成研究成果。武进区将于四月份开展专题研讨活动。

四、搭建多元平台促进教师专业发展。

本学期将要科学规范校本教研活动内容和过程,通过专题研讨活动等形式,宣传推广先进教师的数学课改经验,展示课改成果;同时开展优秀教师课堂教学展示活动,也为广大教师搭建专业发展的平台,提供展示才华的机会,提高活动的针对性、系统性和有效性,以此切实提高教师课堂教学水平,促进教师专业发展。

1. 参加网上教材培训及教学研讨活动。

四月份 

1.制定学期工作计划,做好线上线下的课程衔接。
